Construction and Heavy Materials
Concrete, sod, dirt, shingles, tiles, and bricks are NOT allowed due to weight and damage caused, as well as special procedures needed to dispose of these materials **Shingles may be disposed of if planned in advance. More than one dumpster may needed so the weight limit of the dumpster is not exceeded.

What is the Dumpster Rental pick up process?
Once your dumpster is filled and you’re ready for it to be hauled away, just give us a call. We’ll schedule a pick-up at a time that’s convenient for you. It’s as simple as that.
Do I need to be present during Dumpster delivery or pick up?
Yes. It is Third Day Dumpster’s Policy for an adult to be present when we deliver your dumpsters. Before renting a dumpster with us, please make sure to coordinate and to have an adult present during time of delivery.
Are your services available on the weekend?
Yes, we strive to accommodate to the customers’ preferred schedule. We offer renting a dumpster, as well as deliveries and pickups seven days a week.
What items can I dispose of in the Dumpster?
Our dumpsters can handle most types of waste including household junk, yard waste, and other debris. However, materials like weapons, tires, food waste, and chemicals are not allowed due to safety and environmental regulations.
How far in advance should I rent the Dumster?
We recommend booking your dumpster as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak times.
Is there a time limit for renting the Dumpster?
There is no time limit for renting a dumpster. The rental cost covers the first 24 hours, 3 days, or 1 week, depending on your project – ensuring you have ample time for your disposal needs.
After the initial period, a nominal fee of just $25 is applied for each additional day. This flexibility allows you to keep the dumpster for as long as your project requires.
Can regular pickups be scheduled for long term projects?
Yes, regular pickups can be scheduled for long-term projects to ensure a clean, efficient, safe, and compliant worksite.
Can I rent more than one Dumpster at a time?
Absolutely! We can accommodate projects that require multiple dumpsters. If you’re unsure of your needs, our team is available to help determine the best waste management solution for your project.
What items can't go in the Dumpster?
Hazardous materials, weapons, tires, biohazardous materials, and are among the items that can’t go into a dumpster.
Additional fees will be charged if Not Allowed items are in the Dumpster.

What happens if I put Not Allowed items in the Dumpster?

Items such as tires, weapons, and biohazardous materials are not allowed to be dumped at any dump or transfer station, so additional steps will be needed for us to dispose of these. **

Can I move the Dumpster after it is placed?
We have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason.
If the Dumpster is damaged, up to a $5000 fine will be charged depending on the severity of the damage. Using machines to load dumpsters can cause damage.
